Women and the Weight Loss Tamasha takes off from where Rujuta Diwekar’s
first book Don’t Lose Your Mind, Lose Your Weight ended. In this book,
the author focuses on different phases in a woman’s life, and how these
phases can contribute to her overall well being. This traces every

Nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar shot into the limelight when her celebrity client Kareena Kapoor slimmed down to size zero.

top of bestseller lists for more than 100 weeks.
Rujuta Diwekar’s fitness mantra combines her skills as a nutritionist
