The Last Lecture

The Last Lecture is completed captured in Marathi in this edition which brings Randy Pausch’s advice on living life and fulfilling one’s childhood dreams to readers in India.
Summary of the Book
When invited to deliver the Carnegie Mellon’s “Last Lecture” series, a lecture in which professors were asked to speak as though it were their final lecture before their death, Randy Pausch faced a unique dilemma. Diagnosed with terminal cancer, Randy was about to die. He had only a few months left and this very well could be his last lecture. Randy used the opportunity to discuss a topic close to his heart, “Really achieving your childhood dreams”. In doing so, he offered viewers a way to watch a dying man show them how to live life. He discussed his dreams of meeting Captain Kirk of Star Trek, experiencing zero gravity and working at Disney Land. In this book, he expands upon his thoughts and writes about his life. He discusses how he felt after he first discovered his ailment, and how his family helped him through it. This book is a vital read for everyone who wishes to find a purpose in life, or looking for inspiration.
