One day, he reads an adventure story to his cat, Sher Singh, about a
king and sailors in a big blue sea. Nikoo picks up his paintbrush as
usual Ð and suddenly falls into his own painting! Cheerful watercolour
illustrations swirl us into NikooÕs imaginary world.
About the Author
Gurpreet
Kaur is an artist based in New Delhi. Formerly a lecturer in Design at
Image Media College, Bangalore, she is currently exploring her interest
in story telling on contemporary Indian themes through pictures. She
loves to go on journeys, real and imaginary. This is her first picture
book.
