25 Ways to Improve Your Life

In 25 Ways To Improve Your Life, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar offers twenty-five ways to lead a holistic life of self-awareness.
Summary Of The Book
In the present technology-driven lives of people, it is possible to forget that the quality of life is not dictated by possessions but rather by an individual’s state of mind. Without self-awareness, one is similar to a machine, following rules and living life syntactically.
25 Ways To Improve Your Life provides twenty-five techniques, that if cultivated, can bring about a complete transformation to the quality of the reader’s life. Alerting the reader to ego and what the mind is trying to tell the body, this book grants readers the power of introspection allowing them a few minutes of vital relaxation.
25 Ways To Improve Your Life includes pointers such as smiling more, being more enthusiastic and generous with praise, meditation, effective communication, praying, and planning for short and long-term goals. Regular practice of these techniques will allow readers to release ego and welcome peace.
